Choosing Lightstrips for Cove Lighting
Lightstrips give soft, indirect light that makes a room feel calm and hotel-like. They are hidden out of sight, so you see the glow, not the light itself. Popular spots are false ceiling coves, TV feature walls, and under or inside kitchen and wardrobe carpentry.
Smooth, even light. Our COB lightstrips give a clean, continuous line of light with no visible dots, so the glow looks neat even on shiny surfaces.
Cut to your length. Tell us the length of each run and we will cut and solder the lightstrip for you at no extra charge.
Warm, cool or daylight? Choose 3000K warm white for a cosy living room or bedroom, 4000K cool white for kitchens and carpentry, or 6500K daylight for a bright, crisp look.
Make it smart. Add a Tuya Zigbee smart controller to your lightstrip and control it from your phone.
Remember the driver. Lightstrips need an LED driver to run, which is sold separately. Let us know your total length and we will recommend the right one.
Plan it early. Cove lighting is built into your false ceiling or carpentry, so plan it with your ID or contractor before works start. Pair it with our Recessed Spotlights for a well-lit, layered look.
